According to some angry PvEers, ANet doesn't care about PvE for game balance decisions.

The fact that UB hasn't been nerfed is evidence of this being true.

Actually, Arena Net does listen to PvEers, otherwise UB would have been nerfed already.

Actually, they only nerf a skill for PvE if it allows for less-than-full-teams farming (generally solo). Since Ursan Blessing does not allow for that, it is unlikely to be nerfed.

wow took you 20 min to not find it in wiki, but took you 6min to decide it is overpowered..judging a skill pretty quick without actually testing it in pve dont you think..
